The famous Fairbairn Sykes Combat Dagger was a 1941 British Special Forces knife. There have been many reproductions made over the years, but the Eickhorn Solingen FS2000 is a very accurate version and it is constructed for actual field use. You can put it on display, but it is suitable for combat.
The FS2000 is 11-1/2" overall with a 6-5/8" slender, double edged, dagger ground blade of black Kal-Gard coated 1.4110 stainless steel. One cutting edge has approximately 2-5/8" of serrations for extra cutting power. The handle is hard anodized black, ringed aluminum in the classic Fairbairn Sykes design with a black stainless double guard. Each knife is individually serial numbered.
Included is a top quality leather belt sheath with snap retainer, paracord retainer, paracord leg ties, and embossed Eickhorn logo.
The FS2000 is made in Solingen, Germany. Here is a historic classic, still ready for combat. KnifeCommand.com is an authorized Eickhorn Solingen dealer.
