This Emerson Mini Sheepdog (Serial number 0353) is a smaller version of the Original Sheepdog.  Built for smaller hands or just a more refined pocket carry, this little dog still has a big bite!  The Emerson Rangemaster Sheepdog is the first Emerson knife with a "flipper" feature and also a bearing system pivot.  If you need a knife that you can open the blade easily in any situation, the Sheepdog is it.  You can use 3 methods...the flipper, the thumb disc, or the patented wave.  These, along with the bearing pivot, will unleash the blade smoothly and lightning fast.

This folder weighs 3.7 ounces and measures 4-1/8"closed, 7.1" open, and carries a 3" blade.  It has Emerson's black textured G-10 handle scales on top of Aerospace grade Titanium liners and liner lock.  The .125" thick, Stonewash blade is made of 154CM stainless steel and is the Spearpoint design.  This blade has a flipper tang, a thumb opening disc, and Wave opening features.  It has a conventional V-grind fine cutting edge.  It is hardened to HRC 57-59.  The real exciting new feature is the GTC stainless steel bearing system in the pivot.  The blade opens fast and smooth.  The pocket clip is reversible for right or left hand carry.  Serial numbered 0353.
