The Hattori Higonokami folder gives you traditional styling with modern materials. This beautiful knife is handmade in Seki, Japan.
The Higo is 6-5/8" in overall length and has a 2-15/16" San-Mai 3 Layer VG-10 stainless steel blade. The 2.6mm thick traditional tanto-point blade has a fine cutting edge. The 3-1/8" handle is stainless steel and is approximately 3/16" thick.
