Product Description
The Hattori Model 1030 is one of the first Hattori brand models made by Ichiro Hattori in the early 1990's. They recently found some of the knife blanks in the factory and have finished them out and offered them for sale. There are not many of these remaining.
The 1030 is 9-1/8" in overall length and has a 4-1/4" AUS-6 stainless steel blade. The upswept hunter blade has a fine cutting edge, a trailing point, and a small false edge swedge on top. This is a full tang knife with a tang finger choil for intricate cutting. The handle is a ergonomic, single finger groove design with beautiful Cocobolo wood scales. It has 3 stainless steel rivets and a stainless steel bolster for added strength. This knife comes with a very high quality black leather belt sheath with snap retainer.
