The Defense/Survival Model knife is specifically for emergency situations. You can chop, slice and cut,stab, hammer, or pry with this knife. The removable G10 handles have machined pockets to store fire-starting material, matches, fish hooks, 50 feet of monofilament line or other items. This strong and sleek knife is perfectly balanced with the center of gravity at the index finger. It works well field dressing large game and is a perfect choice for emergency preparedness. The Nylon sheath with Kydex insert sheath holds the knife securely and provides multiple carry options.

The Defense Survival knife is 11" long with a full tang drop-point blade.  The 6" D2 steel blade has a ceramic peened finish and is hardened to HRC 59-61.  The Desert Tan G-10 handle scales can be removed with the included tool to reveal the hidden cavities for emergency item storage. The extended, exposed butt end allows for striking/hammering and has a large lanyard hole.  The black nylon sheath features the kydex insert, a drop down belt strap, a buckled leg strap, and a storage pocket with a two snap adjustable flap to carry a wide range of accessories.  The big knife alone only weighs in at 7.3 ounces making it easy to carry all day long.
