Knives of Alaska Jaeger Suregrip Hunting Boning Knife 00113FG

The Knives of Alaska Jaeger is sleek and streamlined and designed as a premier boning and caping knife.  It is 8-1/4" overall with a 3-1/2" straight spine blade made of D2 tool steel, .118" thick, 58-60 HRC.  The strong blade has non-slip notches on the spine.  The black Suregrip handle has finger grooves and a choil for maximum control.  It weighs only 2.95 ounces.

The Jaeger is carried in it's custom leather belt sheath which hangs at 45 degrees for comfort.
