The 00690FG Knives of Alaska Sidewinder is 8-3/4" overall open length, 5-1/8" closed. It features a 3-1/2" drop-point, fine edge blade of stonewashed S30V stainless steel, RHC 59-61.

The S30V blade is designed and shaped to be a very useful Every Day Carry (EDC) knife. It has a long fine cutting edge with 1-1/4" of finger notches on top for a secure hold for precise cuts.  It features a oblong thumb hole and a flipper style tang.  The tang flipper combined with the caged bearing pivot allows for smooth, rapid, one handed operation. Both liners have been recessed and tightly fitted into each handle, so the overall thickness is thinner and much stronger than traditional locking liner knives. The locking liner mechanisms are made from tough 17-4 stainless spring steel and each blade is individually tested to withstand over 100 lbs. lock force.The open frame provides you with an easy-to-clean folder.  A strong pocket clip is provided for tip-down carry.  It also comes with a large lanyard hole.

The satin smooth Black SureGrip handle makes this a knife that looks great with a very secure grip.  It has heavy duty stainless hex screws and open back column construction that enables easy cleaning.  This Sidewinder weighs in at around 3.5 ounces.
